Oh, there are plenty.

Even Cameron confirmed some of them.
1.
In the first class dinner scene class dinner scene, for instance, Molly asks Jack: "Care to escort a lady to dinner…"
He takes Rose and Molly's arms and starts walking.

But seconds later the camera changes angle and we see Molly isn't holding his arm, rather they're standing apart.
Although, in next frame the two seem to hold his arm again.
2.
Also it seems like the cameraman was invited to the dinner as well. Increase your device’s brightness to see a glimpse of his camera:
3.
This one is pretty iffy.
When Jack kissed Rose's hand in the Grand Staircase, she was wearing white gloves. But the kiss sounds like kissing on a hand without gloves on.
4.
Additionally, in that dinner scene, when Rose's mother asks Jack if he finds that sort of rootless existence appealing or not, Jack says: "Well yes ma'am I do… I've got air in my lungs and a few blank sheets of paper…"
I mean really - “air in my lungs?” And smoke in the whole movie.
Evidently, his lungs are in “God's good humor.”
5.
And… hold your breath lovebirds...
Because the iconic hug scene was slightly out of focus:
In a recent interview Cameron explained that this set was actually built at a seaside location so that he could shoot it in natural sunlight. But each time he tried to shoot, he either got it wrong or the clouds ruined the take. So when the sky suddenly cleared, all the cast and crew had to rush over, and the result was a slightly blurred shot.
6.
Someone already pointed out the last one:
Electric arc welding wasn't used until the late 1920s. But when Jack was handcuffed to the steel pipes in the Master-at-Arms' room, the pipes were welded steel.
